What is the estimated delivery time?


For all Evening & Occasional Wear:

  • Estimated delivery times vary for our high end exclusive range. Between 10 - 14 days (NATIONAL) is our standard time frame for your item to be produced MADE TO ORDER and ready for delivery. We ask our customers to be patient during this process as we have strict ethical manufacturing guidelines to ensure sustainable production and high quality results. International orders can take up to 20 days.



  • Some of our accessories are also Made To Order including Shoes, Handbags & Jewellery. Time frames can vary on production/shipping times depending on the product. Approximated times are between 14-20 days. Our genuine leather items can take up to 24- 30 days as there are more delicate guidelines to be followed to ensure ethical/sustainable standards are implied. 


Do you have Express Shipping?

  • We have recently introduced a Express Shipping option via private courier with DHL or FedEx at an additional fee. If you are interested in this option email us at General@kortniportia.com or via our Live Chat below. Time frames for express shipping are an estimate of 8- 10 days depending on the item.


How much is Shipping ?

  • We offer a flat rate shipping cost. For national orders (within Australia) the cost is $12.95, international shipping is $19.95 unless a special FREE SHIPPING offer is advertised. 


Where are you located?

  • We are an Australian based brand with a boutique studio in Queensland, Australia. We also have a small manufacturing and production team overseas and reliable relationships with high quality suppliers around the world. We are extremely particular about who we work with, and how our products and materials are sourced. 

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes we do. Anywhere in the world!


How do I get a refund?

  • We strongly recommend you contact us directly on General@kortniportia.com if you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product. If you wish to proceed with the refund process we will inform you to send return parcels via registered post/express post at your own cost with a tracking number as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. More info can be found here.
  • WE DO NOT USUALLY ACCEPT REFUNDS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY. This reduces product, material and labor waste. 

NOTE: Made To Order items from our Exclusive Evening & Occasional Wear Collections cannot be exchanged. As these items are made specifically for you once the order has been placed. A refund may be eligible for good reason, after contacting our team at General@kortniportia.com
